The bookings made by the User on the Website (hereinafter referred to as "Bookings") are provided: either by DigitalProximity or by a third-party supplier selected by the Website. In all cases, the name of the supplier is given to the User before Bookings are paid for.

(1) In the event that the Booking is provided by DigitalProximity - The Booking is considered firm and final from the moment the User pays for it. Under the terms of article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, the User cannot exercise their right of withdrawal concerning the services of accommodation, transport, catering, leisure (including shows) which must be provided on a date or according to a specific frequency. These will therefore not be subject to any reimbursement, the said services being designated as such to the Users, before the conclusion of the sale, in the description of the offer. The User therefore accepts that the price indicated on the Website is lower or higher than the face value of the ticket and therefore the price printed on it. Ticket delivery fees may be applied in addition to the rates indicated and will in all cases be specified to the User before they pay for the Booking. The prices indicated on the Website take into account all applicable taxes. The prices indicated on the Website are accompanied by information on the payment currency. DigitalProximity strives to mention the minimum age required for each event on the Website, but cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and errors, whether caused by itself or by third-party partners who provide it with this information. The User will therefore carry out any appropriate checks. The event takes place under the sole responsibility of the Organiser (DigitalProximity cannot be held liable during the event).
